ALL WINES PRODUCED IN THE WINERY

they are wholesome, easy to drink, simple and sincere. 

They are wines for consumption with the family or in a restaurant to combine with food or to enjoy alone, for an aperitif.

They have a low alcohol content and are clean and fragrant.

With a proprietary sparkling wine system and after years of experience we can say that bubbles are our passion and our flagship product.  Every year we try to improve ourselves to always offer sparkling wines of great pleasure and suitable for the whole meal.

For about 3 years we have also been committed to producing vegan wines.

THE COURAGEOUS CHOICE

was dictated by the desire to differentiate and get closer to a new audience of wine lovers.

The wines are therefore produced without the use of adjuvants of animal origin.

They are healthy, the result of clean environments and minimal chemicals.

The Passarini family consume their wine every day, and in respect of their customers, as well as their health, they want to work at their best.

OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS WE HAVE INVESTED IN TECHNOLOGY,

with the purchase of some stainless steel tanks for thermovinification and the bottling plant.

Starting from the 2019 vintage, 3 certified organic vineyards have gone into production entirely dedicated to one of the most famous white wines abroad, Pinot Grigio.
